Аннотация
Коморбидная патология – важный фактор возникновения и развития осложнений, а также прогноза различных инфекционных респираторных заболеваний. Наиболее частыми коморбидными заболеваниями, влияющими на течение и исход респираторных инфекций, являются сердечно-сосудистые заболевания (сердечная недостаточность, ишемическая болезнь сердца в различных проявлениях, цереброваскулярные заболевания), хроническая обструктивная болезнь легких, сахарный диабет, ожирение. В статье приводятся данные о влиянии указанных коморбидных заболеваний на течение и исходы бактериальных и вирусных респираторных инфекций, в том числе у больных COVID-19.
