Аннотация
В статье представлены клинические случаи пациентов с ожирением, перенесших коронавирусную инфекцию (COVID-19) в тяжелой форме: с поражением желудочно-кишечного тракта в одном случае и нарастанием неврологической симптоматики (возможных когнитивных нарушений) в другом. Обследование и терапевтическое лечение пациентов с ожирением представляет определенные трудности в связи с большим числом тромбоэмболических осложнений. При подборе комплексного лечения – диетологической помощи и лекарственной терапии – отмечалась положительная динамика в виде постепенного регресса возникших нарушений и дальнейшего снижения массы тела, которое способно повлиять на риски развития осложнений, а также улучшить в совокупности качество жизни пациентов.
