Аннотация
Важное место в лечении сахарного диабета (СД) занимает самоконтроль глюкозы крови (СКГ). При увеличении частоты СКГ у пациентов с СД происходит улучшение показателей углеводного обмена. Таким образом, СКГ является важным фактором профилактики острых и хронических осложнений СД. Несмотря на то, что в настоящее время широко распространены новые методы измерения уровня гликемии, такие как непрерывное отслеживание уровня гликемической кривой и флеш-мониторинг, они не могут полностью заменить СКГ с помощью глюкометра. Представлены данные о динамике гликемии у пациентки с СД 1-го типа с длительностью заболевания 58 лет до и после внедрения СКГ.
