Аннотация
Диетический дисбаланс и переедание могут привести к распространенному сегодня заболеванию – ожирению. Помимо эстетических соображений, ожирение определяется как избыток жировой ткани, который может привести к серьезным проблемам со здоровьем и предрасполагать к ряду патологических изменений и клинических заболеваний, таких как диабет, гипертония, атеросклероз, ишемическая болезнь сердца, обструктивное апноэ во сне, депрессия, артропатии, связанные с массой тела, а также рак эндометрия и молочной железы. Масса тела, превышающая идеальную для возраста, пола и роста на 20%, представляет собой серьезный риск для здоровья. Бариатрическая хирургия – это комплекс хирургических методов лечения патологического ожирения, когда другие методы лечения, такие как диета, повышенная физическая активность, изменение поведения и лекарства, не дали результата. Двумя наиболее распространенными процедурами, используемыми в настоящее время, являются рукавная гастрэктомия и желудочное шунтирование по Ру. Эти процедуры приобрели популярность в последнее время и в целом считаются безопасными и эффективными. В статье описаны распространенные и стандартные нарушения в системе пищеварения, возникающие после бариатрических операций. Также приводится клинический пример истории пациента после рукавной резекции желудка, который не наблюдался и не проводил стандартных необходимых постоперационных мероприятий.
