Аннотация
Преэклампсия представляет собой специфическую для беременных гипертензию в сочетании с системными полиорганными поражениями, которая остается основной причиной материнской и младенческой смертности во всем мире. Хронические воспалительные заболевания пародонта (гингивит, пародонтит) занимают после кариеса 2-е место по распространенности среди стоматологических. Патология пародонта в отечественной литературе в настоящее время не рассматривается в качестве фактора риска развития преэклампсии. В обзоре рассмотрены клинические исследования и обзоры, представленные в информационной базе PubMed, в которых обсуждаются вопросы взаимосвязи преэклампсии и патологии пародонта. На основе анализа клинических исследований, обзоров и метаанализов можно предполагать наличие двунаправленной связи между преэклампсией и заболеваниями пародонта. Рассмотрены основные возможные механизмы взаимосвязи преэклампсии и патологии пародонта. Данные, представленные в обзоре, безусловно, требуют осмысления как стоматологами, так и акушерами-гинекологами и интернистами. Но они однозначно свидетельствуют о необходимости выявлять и активно лечить стоматологические заболевания еще на этапе прегравидарной подготовки, а также во время беременности.
