Аннотация
Рецидивирующий афтозный стоматит (РАС) является широко распространенным во всем мире заболеванием, сопровождающимся появлением болезненных афт на слизистой оболочке рта. РАС является многофакторным заболеванием. С его развитием связаны местные и системные факторы, такие как травма, пищевая чувствительность, дефицит питательных веществ, системные состояния, иммунологические нарушения и генетические полиморфизмы. Рассмотрены исследования, посвященные изучению возможной связи развития РАС с инфекцией Helicobacter pylori. В рамках обзора рассмотрены публикации по использованию универсального гастро- и энтеропротектора ребамипида в качестве нового направления в лечении и профилактике РАС. Клинические данные четко устанавливают безопасность и эффективность ребамипида в лечении РАС и болезни Бехчета. К преимуществам ребамипида при РАС относится: сокращение продолжительности боли, ускоренное заживление и уменьшения частоты рецидивов. Афтозный стоматит (оральный мукозит) может быть индуцирован химиотерапией и лучевой терапией в онкологической практике, с частотой, достигающей 100% у пациентов, получающих высокодозную химиотерапию, и до 80% у пациентов, получающих лучевую терапию. В ряде исследований в его лечении и профилактике также продемонстрирована эффективность и безопасность системного и местного применения ребамипида. Представленный обзор расширяет сферу применения ребамипида, предполагая возможность его использования в стоматологической и онкологической практике для лечения и профилактики РАС, в том числе при болезни Бехчета, и орального мукозита.
