Взрослая форма идиопатического линейного IgA-дерматоза. Случай из практики

Аннотация

Еще несколько десятков лет назад диагноз «линейный IgA-дерматоз» не фигурировал в медицинской документации. В настоящее время этот термин прочно укрепился в словаре врачей-дерматологов. С каждым годом в мировой литературе появляется все больше наблюдений и информации о данном дерматозе, однако он по-прежнему остается достаточно редким, особенно среди взрослого населения.
В статье мы описываем собственный опыт ведения взрослого пациента с идиопатической формой IgA-линейного дерматоза и приводим краткую информацию о распространенности, этиопатогенезе, особенностях клинической картины и актуальных методах лечения.
Ключевые слова: линейный IgA-дерматоз, IgA-буллезный дерматоз, пузырные заболевания.
