Abstract

The case of membranous nephropathy manifested in nephrotic syndrome in a patient, newly diagnosed with lung cancer, is reported. Brief data on the paraneoplastic glomerular disease are provided, the need for cancer screening in elderly patients with nephrotic syndrome is emphasized.
