Abstract
The diagnosis and treatment of oral mucosal diseases represents an independent section due to clinical manifestation diversity. The disease process can be worsened with wearing orthopedic constructions. The disorder most often results from epithelial injury followed bu inflammation: pain, bleeding, chewing impairment. Drugs affecting the links of inflammation and preventing secondary infection are required for treatment. In clinical settings, it seems optimal to use drugs with combined effects. Topical application of Cholisal gel is highly effective in treatment of dental disorders.
