Abstract

Basal cell skin cancer is the most common tumor. The article describes a clinical case of treatment of a patient with recurrent basal cell carcinoma of the facial skin, complicated by a multifocal growth pattern. Treatment tactics in such cases are determined individually, taking into account the localization and extent of the tumor process, the nature of previous treatment, as well as the general somatic condition of the patient.
Keywords: basal cell carcinoma, multifocal skin cancer, surgical treatment, photodynamic therapy.
