Abstract

The article is devoted to the description of a clinical case of community-acquired complicated pneumonia. Clinical, anamnestic and laboratory data are provided. Radiological dynamics are demonstrated, a treatment algorithm is described. Observation shows the main reasons for the formation of a complicated course, and also focuses on the possibility of optimizing existing algorithms for routing patients in order to provide more effective medical care.
Keywords: pneumonia, late diagnosis, CRB-65, CURB.
