Abstract
Aim. To contribute to effective management of pregnant women with ovarian masses never causing iatrogenia or lowering cancer alertness.
Highlights. The review included the data of foreign and domestic papers deposited in the PubMed, Medline databases in the last 5 years focused on assessment of pregnant women with ovarian masses.
