История комбинированной защиты: 25 лет применения в клинической практике комбинированного препарата, содержащего амлодипин и бисопролол

Аннотация

В статье обсуждается роль комбинированного препарата Конкор АМ, содержащего амлодипин и бисопролол, который в течение 25 лет применяется в клинической практике для лечения пациентов с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями. Приводятся данные о преимуществах использования Конкора АМ при лечении пациентов с артериальной гипертонией и коронарной болезнью сердца. Обсуждаются доказательные факты, свидетельствующие о преимуществах использования такого комбинированного препарата по сравнению с сочетанным применением амлодипина и бисопролола в виде так называемой свободной комбинации, в том числе и результаты недавно завершенного рандомизированного клинического исследования по сравнительной оценке приема Конкора АМ и монотерапии ирбесартаном в качестве начальной тактики антигипертензивной терапии. Рассматривается роль каждого из компонентов препарата Конкор АМ в современной терапии пациента с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями.
